Absolutely fantastic service from Zachary and the team at Carolina Pro Restoration. So glad I found them - we’ll never go to anyone else for another home project. They helped us fix and reseal several rotting /damaged areas of wood around our window dormers, along with several other touchups around the exterior of our house. They knocked it all out in one day, super fast - very reasonably priced. The windows look good as new - very neat, clean, professional job. We can’t wait to have them come back and restore our front door!

I never leave reviews, but Carolina pro restoration is literally the best hands down. we were on vacation when we got home, we found our downstairs was flooded OMG my husband found carolina pro and they showed up what seemed like minutes they were so friendly zach and his crew are the best i highly recommend them.

I'm really happy with Carolina Pro Restoration LLC here in *********. Back in November 2025, we had water damage in our house, and I was honestly panicking. I called around to a few companies, and these folks were the ones who really came through for us.They got to my house so fast - I mean, same day fast. When you've got water everywhere, that kind of speed matters. The crew showed up ready to work and jumped right in to start getting the water out and drying everything up.******* was the guy in charge of our job, and let me tell you, he knew his stuff. He walked me through what they were doing every step of the way and made sure I understood what was happening. Really patient and helpful, which I appreciated since I had no clue about any of this water damage restoration *************'s the thing that really impressed me - they handled all the insurance stuff. I was dreading dealing with the insurance company, but Carolina Pro Restoration took care of it. They talked to the adjuster, sent in all the paperwork, and basically made that whole headache go away. That alone was worth it.The price was fair too. No crazy hidden charges or anything like that. They told me upfront what it would cost, and that's what I paid. For ********* and the area around here, their rates were pretty reasonable.Everyone who came to work on the house was polite and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves and got everything done without dragging it out forever. The drying equipment was pretty loud, but I guess that's just part of the process - didn't bother us too much.If you're in ********* or anywhere nearby and you've got water damage, flooding, or anything like that, call Carolina Pro Restoration LLC. Absolutely 1000% pick these guys. Recently bought a house and naturally things started going wrong immediately after, broken pipe and roof leak, you name it. Accidentally connected with Zack at CPR after the first guy ghosted us and I’m so happy he did. Our experience with Zach and CPR has been phenomenal. Constant and clear communication, detailed explanation on the work being done, and a great breakdown on the costs. These are the guys you want. 10/10, highly recommend.

I’m in Fort Mill and found Carolina Pro Restoration online after noticing a moldy smell in my house. Zach came out, explained everything clearly, and the team got the job done fast. They cleaned up great too. Highly recommend them!
