I strongly recommend Drico Restoration. We had a recent washing machine leak on the 3rd floor of our townhome…. It leaked through the walls & ceiling to our garage. I called Dan and he responded immediately ( as in 10 minutes). His team evaluated the situation and game us a cost estimate. They started the cleanup within a couple hours. We had 14 fans & 2 humidifiers running for 24 hrs hue 7 days. Dan stopped by daily to check progress. Overall, Drico provided a clean , prompt & reasonably priced resolution. We would will definitely use Drico again.

We were in the 11th hour of a real estate transaction when an inspector found a leak in our kitchen. I called several companies and Allison from Drico answered the phone. Her husband Dan was at our property the same day. Allison assured me that they treat homes as their own. We had a very pleasant experience working with Drico Restoration after Hurricane Milton caused significant damage to our home. We had four trees fall on our house and experienced water damage in our dining room. Dan and his team at Drico were quick to respond and incredibly thorough in their work. They carefully removed all the areas affected by water damage and deep-cleaned the entire dining room to make sure all mold was completely eliminated. During hurricanes Helene and Milton, I lost power for about two weeks. This led to very high levels of humidity, causing mold throughout my condo.
