My experience with Jon and his team at PRS was exceptional. I had my roof replaced and insulation installed, along with some other additions and improvements to the roof. It's always worrying when moving forward with such a big project because there are a lot of cowboys out there, but from my first meeting with Jon I was assured that he was the man for the job! I had an architect draw up some plans, but this was completely unnecessary in the end because when I explained what I wanted doing to Jon, he immediately recommended a plan of action that was identical to the architect's plans. I can't fault Jon and his team, and they were always professional, punctual, and friendly. I had a scare when they started taking the old slates off and found some of the rafters were barely hanging on, but despite it not being part of the original plan, they sourced some new materials and got it fixed up in no time. On one occasion partway through the project I had an issue occur on a Saturday afternoon that required urgent attention. I sent a text message to Jon thinking there was no way I would hear from him until the Monday, but within half an hour he had sent one of his crew round to sort it. There was also an issue when trying to reinstall my ancient Velux window because the hinges on it had completely gone. Anyone else would have told me I needed to pay for a whole new window and installation because the Velux model is so old that parts are no longer sold for it, but Jon managed to salvage some parts from windows he was removing on another job, and he was able to fix up my window and reinstall it. I don't even want to think about how much extra it would have cost me to buy a new Velux window! From start to finish, Jon dealt with every aspect of the job from arranging the scaffolding and skip, to getting building control on site, and I now have a certificate to evidence that my new roof complies with all relevant building regulations. I can't recommend PRS highly enough, thanks to Jon and the team for making what would normally be a very stressful ordeal into a smooth and worry free experience.

Highly recommend this company, reliable, professional and considerate. Great job replacing the ridge tiles, very tidy and a pleasure to deal with from the quote to getting the work done.

Excellent communication. They turned up when they said they would. The work on the roof looks good from down here!

One of the gutters was leaking and starting to cause a mess. They came out, found the problem quickly, and repaired it properly instead of pushing for a full replacement. Water’s flowing as it should now and everything was left neat.

Premier Roofers are excellent in every way. inclusive of their clear communication and skilled, friendly and polite staff. I was cautious , having had previous experience with another company.I had a leaking roof which created interior water damage in the 2nd week of December 2025. When I contacted them by email they were extremely prompt in responding. In addition, I got a follow up phone call from Jon to arrange an assessment within 3 days. Within two days I was sent a detailed quote and a date for the first week of January. The whole team worked hard to complete the roofing job in 3 days and cleared away the rubbish too.Replacement flat roof, tile repairs, new fascias, gutters and scaffolding at a good price.Bonus, is the 20 year guarantee. Thanks again to all the staff from polite, qualified trade to administration (thanks Stacey); for working so hard in extremely very cold weather to pull it off! I have no hesitation in recommending Premier Roofers to anyone. In fact, have already told my neighbours, who are currently, looking for reliable roofers...5 star team

I can highly recommend PRS. From beginning to end in difficult personal circumstances I was treated with care and consideration by every member of the team I met.The quality of work is of a high standard and the work was done with a quiet efficiency. At every stage of work care was taken in looking after the environment and any mess (there was very little) was cleaned to an excellent level.I am so pleased I made PRS my choice.

So far very happy with work completed on our leaky skylight. Prompt response to any queries and the guy who came to do the job was punctual and neat and tidy. Would recommend the company and very likely to use again in the future.
