Big home improvements can be overwhelming! I contracted with David because I wanted one person to coordinate all the activities to resurface the hardwood floors, paint the entire house, and replace the kitchen backsplash. Time was of the essence because we had to be out of our house – living in hotels and Airbnb's, for the duration of the project. Can’t tell you how happy I am with the result. David worked hard to sequence the work to minimize our disruption. Things didn’t all go according to plan, but David is an excellent communicator and problem solver.
