Took my mother who was suffering from severe diarrhea, headache and fever. The clinic is on 1st floor so for patients who are too weak to walk up, its tough. No one even bothered to check blood pressure which should be basic at any doctor when coming in with such a complaint. No female staff were in sight which is not ideal if female patients are coming. Diagnosis was wrong as it turned out to be dengue for which the strong antibiotics and painkiller that was prescribed are contraindicated.

I was having blood in stools for over a year, didn’t pay much attention. Then back in March 2026, I was diagnosed with UC. I took treatment from two renowned gastroenterologists unfortunately, didn’t work on me. Then someone recommended Dr. Sandeep Pal. I met him twice , he listened to my problem very carefully and started my treatment. He didn’t prescribe huge piles of medication like other doctors did in the past. Blood in stools disappeared just in 20 days. As I am from Ludhiana , I can’t frequently visit him in -person but he always provides phone consultation that’s really helpful for me.
