My wife and I recently had two water leaks from our pipes in the guest bath and in the ceiling of one of the hallways. Melanie and Jordan came out to dry out the area and treat it for mold. They were amazing! Very kind and knowledgeable and were able to work around my wife and my hectic schedules are we are parents to a 15 month old! Mr. Larry Lynn (Restoration) and Mr. Jean Civil (Construction) professionally carried the load for the repair of our fire damaged garage and smoke damaged house. They were very responsive to our concerns and communicated the plans well with us...patiently explaining the process. They were absolutely trustworthy, and demonstrated a sincere concern for not only the quality of the work, but also focused on the speed at which the project moved. They struggled with Seminole County Permitting, but that is standard procedure... We can recommend the services of United Water Restoration Group.

We came home the day before Easter to a flooded house, at least a inch of water throughout and as deep as 2 in places. We got most of the water out ourselves but Trevor our technician is getting us the rest of the way dried out and ruined items out.
