I previously had a good experience with the dentist here. But today, shocking service by the reception staff.- I received a message that I was due for a checkup- I rang the number and made a booking- I turned up at the correct time- I was told that I had no booking because it had not been confirmed???Why should someone have to ring back and confirm a booking they just made?? Unbelievable.

I have used Smithfield Dental now twice, first time was Dr Olivia and most recently Dr Amanda.This practice has been great and both Dr’s chair side manner are excellent.Thanks Smithfield Dental for the emergency consult and to Dr Amanda for her extreme patience with a troublesome infection and ensuring I was completely comfortable.
