We tried the Chicken Tikka masala, baingan bharta, variety naans, and pumpkin payasam. The food was delicious, service was excellent, and ambience was great. Highly recommend!

From vibrant Kerala specialties to classic North Indian dishes, everything we ordered was exceptional, rich in flavor, and perfectly balanced. It's incredibly rare to find a spot that masters such diverse regional cuisines with such care. Paired with warm, attentive service, Karavalli offers an outstanding overall dining experience. We read other reviews and decided that this was going to be the place we *Needed* to go to in Saratoga Springs. Not only were we not disappointed, but all 7 of us were incredibly impressed! The staff were very friendly and accommodating (despite us showing up with no reservation and 2 small kids).We ordered for the table to share everything (as you should do too!) and we got standard fare: Tandoori chicken, Lamb Saag, Paneer Masala, Chicken Phaal, Naan, Dosa, pappadum. All of these dishes were probably the best iteration of them that we've ever had at any other Indian restaurant! We also ordered one of the chef specials; Cauliflower Mango Curry, and I wish we had ordered more of them! We were told that the chefs specialty was Southern Indian coconut curries and it definitely showed in the one dish we ordered. That being said I'm confident to say that any dish you order will be prepared with the same level of care and expertise, everything was amazing.On a side note, the Phaal (chicken, lamb, shrimp), which is more of a fusion dish, was my personal favorite as a spicy food lover. It was definitely spicy as advertised, but sooo flavorful that we practically licked the bowl clean! The profile reminded me of a salsa verde with Indian flare (and MUCH hotter green chili's).Thank you Karavalli, you are now my favorite Indian restaurant, and I will definitely make the 3 hour journey from Westchester to visit again!

Came to Saratoga for the first time and came across one of the most authentic and beautiful Indian restaurants. The dishes here were so delicious. I felt like i got back home!! The food, the people and the ambiance!!! The best in Saratoga!!!

This place has excellent food! Loved the Kanthari Chicken, Vegetable Tandoori and Idli. Big fan of the sambar!
