The design process was straightforward with lots of choices. They installed the closet system correctly and professionally the first time. The staff was very professional and polite. We are thrilled with our new closet, having a spot for everything and it looks amazing. We compared with a couple of big brand name closet companies and we feel we got a lot more for our money with LB and the service was personalized. I highly recommend them.

LB Closets is a top notch company! Over the past six years, we have used them for four different projects and have been completely satisfied. Their team starts with a creative design that maximizes available space, depending upon the mix of options you prefer. A couple of our projects had really odd sized configurations (not just square or rectangular rooms), and their solutions exceeded our expectations! LB's installation team is top notch and does a professional job, as well as a great job removing packaging materials and cleaning up. Great quality materials!

Extremely pleased with the ease of working with Lance from LB Closets in designing our closets. My wife had some ideas, that I had not considered, which was to use existing waisted space above the clothes racks in the walk-in closet. I didn't think it was possible but working with Lance he showed us what he could do through his design application that he brought to the house. It took him a few minutes and then he showed us a digital design.After the install of the closet shelves and drawers what a huge difference. ALL spaces are now used and we now have much, much more space for our clothes. The upper hanger post has a pull down bar so the entire rack of clothes comes down and is easily accessible. This was a great idea from my wife.Things to consider:1. Clean out closets of clothes and shoes that you have not used and donate them to families in need. This is a perfect time to do Spring cleaning of your closets. It was very fulfilling to help out families with clothes/shoes that we had not worn or no longer fit.2. LB Closets provides clothes racks as you will need to take everything out of your closets for the men to work. Ask for the clothes racks. You will need to determine where to put everything so you will need to plan ahead.Overall, we are super pleased with our 2 new closets and cabinets in our laundry room. The spaces are so much more organized as unused space is now usable hangers', drawers' or cabinets' space. We should have done this year's ago as the results are amazing.Note: Including a couple of pictures of the smaller walk-in closet and laundry room. The higher clothes' rack has a pull down bar and the whole rack floats down to you so the clothes are easily accessible and you do not need a ladder.

Listened really well and incorporated everything I wanted in the design. They were even able to make my idea of having a pull drawer for dog food and a drop area outside of the garage door. I was able to have the colors coordinate with my interior colors. The cabinets are well built and have soft close drawers. Very impressed and would recommend.
