A big thank-you to RAW Roofing for repairing my father’s roof in Westlake, Ohio! From the initial call with the sales team to the scheduler, the site manager on the day of the project, and the administrator who followed up afterward, every member of the RAW team treated my dad with care, patience, and professionalism. As an East Side company doing work on Cleveland’s West Side, RAW showed that exceptional service reaches across town. We appreciated the work they did, but the way they treated my father made the biggest impression.Shingles are shingles, and nails are nails, but the extra care they took with my father was top-notch. I highly recommend RAW Roofing!

UNTRUSTWORTHY AND UNPROFESSIONAL ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️A year after spending over $18k on a roof with RAW ROOFING. I have leaks and critters getting into my home because it wasn't installed properly by RAW Roofing contractors. 20 contractors got out of one van and completed my roof within a few hours. A contractor saw my roof from the street and stated that my roof was done horribly.

RAW Roofing did an amazing job on our new roof! The team showed up at 6:45am and were completely done, packed up and gone by 6:30pm. We really appreciate the extra time spent cleaning up everything and magnet sweeping the yard for any leftover debris so our kids and dogs would be safe.We also appreciate the transparency throughout the day getting multiple calls from Sebastian keeping us in the know about how the job was going and breaking down the cost changes of replacing rotted and damaged sections of the roof. Dakotah thoroughly explained the change order costs and helped settle finances. All in all, we would recommend RAW Roofing for anyone needing a project done quickly, cleanly, and efficiently.

We had four different roofing companies stop out and give us an estimate on our porch roof repair. One company was just OK, two companies were very good, but RAW Roofing was exceptional. The repair explanation was detailed the price was reasonable, I was most impressed that Michael knew the exact shingle that was installed on the house from 9 years ago. For New roof or a repair, RAW Roofing is the best way to go.

As my first time having to replace a roof, RAW made it super easy. They kept us informed during the process with daily texts and calls. They held my hand through every step of this process and even went above and beyond when we needed a few little extras. When the job was done, during the final walk through, my wife had a concern and RAW had someone out to address it that same day just a few hours later.Cannot recommend them enough.

Raw Roofing recently installed the new roof on my house after a hail storm. It was a big job, the crew are punctual, clean and professional, the communication was clear and the final result is as promised. A++
