From start to finish Jason and his team has done every single they said they were going to do and communicated very effectively along the way. We had a large scale commercial roof that took weeks to complete and they were wonderful throughout. We could not recommend Jason and his team more!

I recently called out Raw Roofing for an issue I was having with what I thought was my roof. Logan Urban showed up as the representative, he was extremely detailed in his inspection of my roof and gutters , and was able to pinpoint the exact issues I was having. Fortunately , the roof can hold on for another year or so , but the gutters are in need of replacement. I had previously had another company out , and their diagnosis was very different and very expensive. I appreciate Logan's honesty and attention to detail. Although I am not in need of a roof replacement at this time , Raw Roofing with Logan as the representative I work with, is definitely the way I will be going. I was very impressed, I was treated with respect , and my questions were completely and honestly answered. I strongly recommend checking out this company if you are in need of a new roof or roof repairs.

A big thank-you to RAW Roofing for repairing my father’s roof in Westlake, Ohio! From the initial call with the sales team to the scheduler, the site manager on the day of the project, and the administrator who followed up afterward, every member of the RAW team treated my dad with care, patience, and professionalism. As an East Side company doing work on Cleveland’s West Side, RAW showed that exceptional service reaches across town. We appreciated the work they did, but the way they treated my father made the biggest impression.Shingles are shingles, and nails are nails, but the extra care they took with my father was top-notch. I highly recommend RAW Roofing!
