While I didn’t get a chance to meet the technician, Wyatt, the work done on my car was top-notch. What impressed me the most is their transparency—they provide detailed information, including pictures of the issues they find. They also clearly explain what repairs are urgent and what can wait, which builds a lot of trust👌🏿. On top of their excellent work, they offer a free ride while your car is being serviced, which is incredibly convenient. Vehicle had an issue with noisy brakes. Contacted Elite and had the car in the shop today. Rear brakes replaced, fluid changed. As always, I get excellent service and pricing from Elite.
