I am so glad I found this place! Coach Mike & Raellyne are incredible! Not only do they plan for great structure within their sessions but they also pay attention to your form & provide a lot of feedback for growth.They work with people of all ages & levels. Beginner to pro & kiddos through older adults.Again, I am so grateful to have found Knockout. I look forward to going every week & I would highly recommend their gym to anyone who is interested in boxing. (:

Clean gym. Great instructor and well organized workout session. They also provided loaner gloves since I did not have one. The owners are very welcoming and ensured I had the right sized gear to protect my knuckles and wrist. Highly recommend!
