This was one of the best decisions we made with our new house. During our design stages, I wanted to prepare and plan for window treatments in our new home and I had a few questions. I called around and Josh answered his phone and spent a lot of time answering questions, giving tips, and walking me through the process, 10 months before we’d need him! This definitely earned my business. He then met us out at our house during framing. I also wanted some out of sequence work he had never done before but he made it happen. We then decided what we picked was not exactly how we envisioned it and he came up with a solution that totally fit our needs. Appointments were prompt and professional and end product is beautiful. We got a combination of automated roller shades and shutters and both are excellent quality. I would highly recommend!

The owner Josh came out and quoted us on interior and exterior shades. Great guy, fun to work with and priced both shades competitively. Our installer Tyler was exceptional! He installed both shades perfectly. Everything has been working flawlessly for the past couple weeks now. Highly recommend.

I text BB&SS on the Sunday morn of Memorial weekend because one of my blinds wasn't working. I want expecting this, but they had Tyler arrive between 8-830 on Memorial day! What amazing customer service and on a holiday! Tyler was super friendly, kind and very efficient! BB&SS is the best there is!!
