I would highly recommend Rapid Foundation Repair. After going through multiple quotes, talking to numerous friends, they actually proposed a solution to solve the problem. One proposal from another company was north of 30k and involved straightening walls that were already perfectly straight. They also provide support after installation for any follow up questions or issues. Above and beyond.

Rapid Foundation is phenomenal! They are extremely fair priced for all that they do and strive to make sure their work is done right the first time. They go over everything that they are doing to make sure you understand. These guys are a great asset to making sure you don't have more foundation issues in the future. We received a bid for $4400 and accepted it. A day later I get a call saying that the pricing was wrong and the cost was now $6500. I told the estimator to see what they could do and they said they would talk to their boss. They call back an hour later and say “We can save almost $400. When the inspector arrived at the house he took a great deal of time listening to all of my concerns. He was empathetic and very thorough. He put my mind at ease. Should I have any problems in the future I would definitely reach out to them!

I was really disappointed, they could of told me they were not interested or that they were booked way ahead and they would get back to me in a specified amount of time.
