First, Edgar, I apologize for not getting this completed sooner. You deserve better my friend.Now down to business. Hurricane IAN... GRRRR!I found Edgar and P.A.M. Construction while talking with the roofing contractor I choose to replace my roof following IAN.I had fairly extensive damage to my home, had met with several other contractors and was ready to walk away from my home. Disgusted would be a huge understatement.I called Edgar. Both he and his father showed up... on time, which has become a rarity. They both looked over my damage, asked questions, made suggestions and got me an estimate faster than I had expected and better than I expected.I choose P.A.M. not because of their estimate, I choose them because of Edgar. We connected. He is truly a nice guy. Genuine. Honest. Fair.My project did not go as smoothly as I expected and we had an engineering issue that he resolved perfectly. I was frustrated on more than one occasion and there are things I should have taken his advice on, but Edgar was always calm, patient, understanding and always had a solution.For that I am so very grateful!He was always very quick to respond, answer questions give suggestions, etc..Would I recommend Edgar and P.A.M. Construction for your project or build?Absolutely!I've passed his name to a couple of people who also were more than pleased with their work.Would I hire Edgar and P.A.M. Construction again? Absolutely!Why? I never doubted Edgar and his word. He would always do the right thing, regardless.Thank you Edgar and all the staff of P.A.M. Construction!! for putting my house back together... and with a slightly different roofline than before. Big difference.Now, about those windows. ; )

Had full window replacement & screen lanai conversion into a sun room. Edgar and his crew are the best. Edgar always answered his phone and answered any questions we had. They did quality work. And I will call them for our next project. His crew showed up on time every day :)

P.A.M. Construction did a great job on our new construction in North Port. Edgar's crew did our framing, trusses and roof sheathing and the work done was excellent and right on schedule.

Edgar came through for me and helped me address issues other contractors left me with. Always picks up the phone and shows up when he says.

They are very professional to work with. We had them remodel a part of our house and when we visit we see how careful & serious they work to get the job done fast and right.We will definitely get them again if we have a job to be done.
