UPDATE: Sandra was very gracious after I expressed my disappointment with the initial service. She asked for a second chance & I thought it was only fair. The second time was a charm, because the team did an amazing job. I was very impressed with the cleaning & the interaction with the cleaning crew. Thank you for making it right!I’m only giving this review 2 stars because the communication before & after the service was very good. I was so disappointed from the deep cleaning service that I receive. I really needed help with dusting more than anything else (which I did relay as my biggest need before confirming a date). I clean my apartment weekly, but it’s the beginning of spring and I thought a deep cleaning was a great idea. The cleaner showed up late, even though I did explain prior I had to leave home by a certain time for a medical appointment. I was back home 2hours later. The cleaner throw away things see deemed as garbage as opposed to simply asking first. My windows were so dirty after she left & that’s what broke me- because that’s where I needed the most help. She rushed the cleaning as if she had another appointment. I paid over $400 for a service, I expected clean not touch up & go. I did explained to the manager I didn’t want a refund because I didn’t want it be viewed as I’m just looking to get my money back. I gave my home a deep cleaning over the weekend & I wished I had kept that money to pay for my spa day as my reward. I had 2 neighbors who wanted my feedback & I could not recommend this service in good faith.

Sandra & her team has been one of the best cleaning services we have used. We are post construction & we had to cancel & reschedule a bunch of times & she has been super accommodating. The cleaners have done a fantastic job & looking forward to having weekly cleans with them!

I am so happy with the deep clean service I received from VMV Cleaning Solutions. Luisa and Diana did an amazing job and paid very close attention to detail. The entire process took less than 3 hours. They were kind and accommodating. I will surly be booking again!
