I highly recommend Houghton Physical Therapy to anyone in pain and any age. For me it took a leap of faith and doctor recommendation to try PT for a second time after a not so great experience at a different and much larger practice. I was not feeling truly “heard” and felt more like a number but I experienced the complete opposite at my very first evaluation at Houghton Physical Therapy. They are more like a family rather than an office of very skilled practitioners. I severely sprained my ankle and wasn’t recovering quickly. I wanted to get back to running, playing rec sports, and hike. Houghton PT and their committed and friendly staff got me back on my feet. I have been a client at Houghton Physical Therapy in Attleboro for multiple years and reasons. I am a retired RN with arthritis so consequently have had back and hip issues among other things. The staff at Houghton is stupendous!! The practice has a warm, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere and is also an environment of true healing. I could give numerous examples of their “going above and beyond” on a regular basis. Most recently I lost track of my schedule and did not realize my appointments had ended. I called on Friday afternoon and left a message (thinking I would hear back on Monday). Lo and behold-I was texted on Sunday with 2 appointments for this week!! Outstanding customer service!
