Be careful if you choose this company. In October 2024, we authorized a quote for various small electrical jobs. The majority of the work was completed satisfactorily apart from three motion sensor lights that didn’t work properly once night fell. We contacted Gravity and was assured they’d be fixed under warranty; however, when the installer came back, we were charged another $150.00 for a troubleshooting call, even though he couldn’t fix the lights. One light we had to replace ourselves, another required ladder work to adjust, the third was removed. We spoke at length with someone in the office, and even had an email conversation with the owner. There was no compromise, no concession. If you use Gravity, make sure you understand what work they will guarantee, and be especially careful if you are advised (as we were) to purchase your own light fixtures. Less

Now, I only had a small job to get done-had 2 plugs go in the kitchen, Cody was great! He showed me where my problem was and it was a quick fix. A few weeks ago I had Gravity Electric install several pendant lights in my large, fully vaulted bungalow. I was so impressed with the timeliness, quality and price that I decided to have them back to install another pendant light as well as new a 54 inch remote controlled Ceiling Fan in the highest part of my house. That area was in my Family Room where the ceiling is over 14 feet above the floor level. Their electrician Kevin showed up right on time with the biggest step ladder I’d ever seen. He was able to take down the old, and install the new fixtures in less time than it would have taken me to simply put the rather complex ceiling fan together. I recently had Gravity Electric install 5 new pendant light fixtures and move an existing large stained glass light fixture in my fully vaulted bungalow. All of these installs were on parts of the ceiling that varied from 10 to 14 feet above floor level. I received a firm and fair quote after describing the scope of the job and the fixtures involved via email. Their Electrician, Keven, arrived right on time and with the proper tools and ladders to do this rather difficult job. He did a great job and was extremely helpful and accommodating when getting all the chains for the various fixtures set to the correct lengths. And at no time did I feel rushed or pressured. We had our doorbell camera installed by their team. When the day came for our appointment our technician wasn't informed on how to install the doorbell camera, and we had to provide instructions on how to install it. The whole reasoning behind getting Gravity Solution to install the camera was to have a professional install the camera, as the instructions weren't clear for it to be self-installed. For our technician to guess on how to install it, and for us to have to provide instructions was concerning as we assumed professionals were installing our device. At the time we also told our technician that we would be having a cover that we wanted to install as well, and it was stated that this could be done at the time of the cover arrival. After a couple days, we called the office to schedule an appointment to have the tech install the cover, and realign the camera as it was slightly crooked. It was informed that for all this to be done it would have to be scheduled as a service call, and we would be charged $150 one again for getting this service done. This is ridiculous as this was not mentioned at the time of the installation, and as the camera was installed crooked it is unfair that we would be charged $150 once again. When it was brought up as a concern, it wasn't addressed and was reiterated that it would be $150. I find this ridiculous that to get a camera realigned, and to gave a cover installed it would be an additional $150, considering it wasn't mentioned at the time of the service. I chose to go with this company due to the excellent reviews at the time, however I am not impressed with the service provided. Unfortunately I will not be going forward with any future projects with this company. Less
