The door is now much quieter and operating more smoothly. I had called a few companies and couldn't get anyone to come over immediately (granted it was after 2pm on a weekday before an upcoming holiday), or an idea of what the service might cost. Both were perfectly installed in an efficient manner with all new tracks and mounts and the service tech even paired my existing exterior remote with the new opener. I was so impressed with their work and price that I replaced my second garage bay door and opener, even though the door was a perfect match to my new door. If you have an original garage door in Anthem Country Club that needs to be replaced, they can probably match it with your existing door.

I had a very strange situation where a mouse committed self murder in the left side garage door cable and pulled the door off the track.I reached out for a repair and also to replace the garage door opener ( when I purchased my home it had an old loud one so I figured why not get it all done). They communicated quickly and easily on yelp- showed up in a hour and took less than an hour to fix and install the new opener.Works great, looks great and a better price than quoted from other garage door companies on yelp- def recommend and would use again!*Also the opener is smart so you can set to your phone which is pretty cool in case you lose your opener(s) as I do on a consistent basis.
