We had Desert Spring Garage Door repair out to our house in Fountain Hills to replace 3 garage doors (2 single and 1 RV door). Great experience from start to finish.They were quick to come out and look at the issues we were having, explain all the options, and get us booked in for the install. It's now been two months since the doors were installed and couldn't be happier with the quality of work the team did. Price was right in the ballpark of what I expected as well. I recently had Desert Spring Garage Door Repair come out for a promotional tune-up offered through their sister company, Blue Chip Auto Glass, which I’ve used and trusted for windshield replacement and rock chip repair.The technician thoroughly inspected and lubricated the garage door and replaced a hinge that had been causing a noticeable creaking sound. The door is now much quieter and operating more smoothly. The team was friendly, professional, and never made the appointment feel like a sales pitch.Based on the quality of the service and my previous experience with Blue Chip, Desert Spring will be the first company I call if I need any garage door repairs in the future. I had issues with my garage opener and I called desert spring garage service, they were amazing from scheduling appointment to coming and fixing it. Kelly the owner was so kind to even call me and suggest what’s the immediate thing to check to see if I can fix the issue on my own. Tyler came in to fix the issue , he was great- knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it quickly. There are very few companies in today’s servicing world that highly value customer satisfaction and mean it in their actions. I would recommend Desert spring for all your garage servicing needs.
