Thanks to Elijah, we had an excellent experience. Our hot water heater flooded the garage and Elijah was the first one to arrive and worked endlessly until everything was put in correctly. This is an older home that needed some copper piping rerouted & some other issues that were difficult to resolve and I was really impressed with him and his team. We thought this would take days to get it all done and they got it all done in one day. Thank you, Elijah. I will ask for you when we need more work done.

Alfredo Orozco and Chris Alvarado, CONEJO SERVICES employees, showed up promptly at the scheduled time for the replacement and maintenance of my HVAC system’s Warranty Evaporator Coil. They effectively installed a new evaporator, and they explained to me how they made sure that their installation process and materials met the manufacturer’s specifications. I was highly impressed by their performance, professionalism, and efficiency. Upon finishing the installation of the new evaporator coil, Alfredo and Chris thoroughly cleaned up their work area. My Air Conditioning is working excellently and I thank Alfredo and Chris for their efficacy. I highly recommend them.

The whole experience with this company is top notch. From the start, the customer service reps on the phone are kind and friendly and helpful. From there, the person that comes to my home is prompt and professional. They follow up within a couple of days to make sure everything is still working as they left it. Conejo Services has been a great partner in my new home journey. I closed on a house end of May and was stunned by the amount of work needed to make my home livable. After 30k+ spent with Conejo on HVAC, electrical and plumbing…I have zero regrets. After spending time with each of these teams..they take their work incredibly seriously and there’s alot of talent here.Their techs are clean ,efficient and respectful.In two weeks their team installed:-New HVAC-panel rejuvenation w/ surge protector-new outlets throughout entire house, GFCIs where needed.-new hot water heater.-New toilets.-New stop valves.-LED recessed lighting in the entire homeTheir pricing is not the cheapest in town..but as the saying goes…cheap work isn’t good and good work isn’t cheap!There were minor challenges during my HVAC setup involving noise and air returns. Ralph their GM patiently addressed my issues one after another and resolved each and every one. Needless to say, I’m a very happy customer and I feel respected and appreciated.It says a-lot about a company with how they treat you after the work is done and paid for.Conejo went above and beyond for my family. I recently had Conejo Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electrical come out because my Google Nest thermostat was displaying an error and my AC wasn’t working properly. George quickly diagnosed the issue, got everything up and running again, and explained what was going on with my system.During the service there was some accidental damage to my attic access panel. I contacted Conejo, and they immediately took responsibility and repaired it beautifully. The finished result looks fantastic.Their professionalism, honesty, and commitment to customer service really impressed me. It’s easy to find a company that can do repairs, but it’s much harder to find one that truly stands behind its work. I’ll absolutely use Conejo Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electrical again and highly recommend them.

7/10/2026I have been working with my neighbor who hired a fly by night scamming company to install her HVAC system who walked away from the job with the system inoperable after she paid them. This was terrible and to know that there are people who take advantage of single senior women who are trusting and don't know contract law. I reached out to Jazmin at Conejo Services and explained the situation and she was so caring, professional and kind. Jazmin had Craig, the master technician call me and we discussed the scope of work and cost as we both had an interest in helping out my neighbor. The initial troubleshooting which involved isolating the different components was successful in identifying the problem which was the evaporator coil. Once that was identified it was evident that the part was under warranty with a date tag of 2022 but install date of 2025. It appeared to be old shelf inventory that the previous scammer installed haphazardly. Conejo Services has been simply amazing throughout the project and I can't thank Jazmin, Craig, Brandon and the rest of the team for all they do to help out customers with solid workmanship, warranties and very competitive pricing. I have used Conejo ServIces at our home with plumbing and HVAC and they are simply the best.
