AALL CARE has been a great place to work over the past 20 + years. They provide me with Medical & Dental benefits as well and Sick time & Vacation time. If I refer a friend I get a bonus and get a bonus on my anniversary date every year too.

The people at Aall Care took great care of our father. They became a part our family. Now that dad is in heaven we still find occasion to meet and catch up with them. Even during difficult times during the Covid pandemic they were always there for our dad. He loved his health care providers!

Do not use this service.. full of no shows, especially if you need weekend help for your veterans/family members.. save yourself some grief due to last minute cancellations!

My father is diabetic and one of the care givers kept bringing him burritos and tacos without my consent. She wasn't the sharpest knife in the drawer and had no knowledge of diabetes whatsoever. They frequently called me an hour or two before saying that a caregiver had... More
Although one of the caregivers was awesome and very intelligent, my experience with this company was bad, to say the very least. My father is diabetic and one of the care givers kept bringing him burritos and tacos without my consent. She wasn't the sharpest knife in the drawer and had no knowledge of diabetes whatsoever. They frequently called me an hour or two before saying that a caregiver had flaked and they would have to send someone else, if they could find someone else. The worst of it was they somehow dropped the ball on getting authorization renewal from the VA and abruptly stopped service, leaving me hanging and my father to fend for himself all day long while I am at work. I highly recommend NOT using this company. Less
