Lance Bainville and his excellent crew just added LP Smartside to our two story house and were a pleasure to work with. I was impressed with the care they took to ensure that they replaced any questionable understructure including removing four large windows to replace a water-damaged sill. Their carpentry was exceptional and they left the worksite in perfect condition. They were neither the lowest bid nor the highest, but they produced a job that exceeded our wishes. We give Bainville Exteriors our highest recommendation.

He provided expert advice for our roof that had a few leaks, a chimney that needed refinishing, and replacing rotten plywood. A huge job that was accomplished efficiently in one day. Lance once again showed how amazing he is. I've had him out to replace our roof once and he went above and beyond. He responded lightning fast to a major problem last Sunday morning. We had a huge tree fall on our roof and damage the roof. Lance said to call as soon. As the tree was off and he would get someone out to get the plywood and tarp down. The tree was off by noon and a person from Bainvile Exteriors was here at 2. Unbelievable service the day after a terrible night of storms hit the Twin Cities. Lance you are truly a Rock Star
