I would not recommend this company! The written report the plumber gave me totally contradicted what he had said in a recorded message to me. I asked for a corrected report that accurately reflects the plumber’s actual findings in which he said he could find nothing wrong with the toilet parts and the company refused. Also, they quoted me a price of $1,059 to replace the toilet with a no frills toilet. Their prices are ridiculously high.

I could not recommend Erica’s Plumbing more!! We needed our water heater replaced in our condo unit and they got it done in under 2 hours!! Our technician, Nick, was amazing. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all questions I had. From the moment I made the first call to receive a quote, to the final installation, Erika’s plumbing was professional and on top of everything. I will definitely be using this company in the future!!

Today was my first experience with Erica’s Plumbing and it was excellent! I appreciated the fact that when they gave me 30 minutes notice for when the technician would arrive, they also included his picture and a brief description of his extensive professional experience. I was able to track him as he drove to my condo. Michael was very pleasant and professional, and he clearly explained what he was doing maintenance wise to my AC unit. As a classically trained musician and composer, the best compliment I can give Michael and Erica’s Plumbing is BRAVO!

I used to be on a maintenance plan but let it lapse due to life circumstances. Of course, I came home at 10:30pm from work on a Friday in March and my AC unit inside was leaking everywhere! I called Erica’s Plumbing and left a message. Received a text back immediately and they had someone to my house the next morning by 11:00am (a Saturday!). The technician, Ryan, was very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable and he was able to fix my issue within 30 minutes. Then in July 2026, I can home from work again at 9pm and my AC air was not cooling at it was 83 degrees in my house and rising. This time, technician Michael G came out the immediate next day and fixed it quickly. Thank you for your emergency help!! Would definitely highly recommend!!
