We had a leak in our water heater recently on a late Sunday afternoon. We called Erica’s and they came right out. They determined we needed a new water heater. They were able to get one and install it that evening. They were also able to get us a new recirculator pump and again were able to install right away. The technicians were well qualified, friendly, very clean and accommodating to our needs. I am extremely pleased with Erica’s and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

We called Erica’s Plumbing on Monday morning because our bathtub was draining out of the base of our toilet. Donald arrived shortly after the call, and he and…..ummm……..over the course of the day, five other plumbers came to our house for what ended up being a major problem. Donald, Erica, Marty, Evan and others were all so truly sympathetic, professional, transparent and honest. We have cast iron pipes and questionably executed previous renovations, so this was the time that our pipes kinda gave out, so this was/is a big job. The problem was approached with a stepwise, methodical approach, and we were involved every step. They got things working by 5pm and pipe replacement is coming soon. Erica is very smart to come up with the concept of one company handling so many aspects of the job! That’s the tangible part. The intangible is the professionalism and caring of the team. I would happily give them ten stars. Seriously. I can’t comment on pricing and assume we are paying a bit more, but don’t know that, and if we are it is worth every penny.

Every time I need some plumbing issue resolved, Erica’s Plumbing is the most prompt and efficient company I have ever used. Our hot water heater started to leak and Erica sent Vinny to assess and repair. He was back the next day with an electrician to replace some wiring before he replaced the hot water heater and in a couple of hours the work was updated and all done. Erica’s Plumbing is honest and trustworthy and we would highly recommend this company!

Michael is excellent, he informed me what’s happening to my HVAC evaporator coils. It that was getting too cold thus freezing up and the evaporator drain line was clogged and the water was backing up and leaking all over the HVAC stand return air box duct. Thank God Michael assisted me and took care of everything for my HVAC unit and took the entire Evaporator coils out and throughly cleaned it, inspected all areas of the AC and got the water cleared and my HVAC system back in one piece and operating properly. Again Michael is amazing and whenever I had a question he answered it professionally that I understood how to take care of my HVAC system.

The installation of new underground main water line hook up to the reclaimed water meter was done in a professional and timely manner. The technician Donald Eagle did an excellent job for us. We can barely see where the yard was dug . If you have a duplex or multi unit dwelling and you recieved a certified letter from the city of Pompano Beach informing you of the local ordinace to comply with reclaimed water hook up we Highly recommend Erica's plumbing for this task.

Erica's Plumbing was recommended to us to replace a leaking water line that ran to our kitchen. My partner handled most of the communication and scheduling at that time a few months ago. We were initially told that they were going to need to cut 4-5 holes in our supply closet and around our ceiling to replace the pipe. When the day came, two younger men who appeared in their early 20s showed up. One of the men appeared to be instructing the other on what to do and how to do it and was on his phone most of the time. The one guy seemed to be asking a lot of questions and needing guidance, and this had me questioning the level of training and competency for the job. I let them be and was doing some work for most of their time repairing the water line. They ended up cutting around 12-15 holes on our ceiling and down the wall in our supply closet. They made it clear that they do not repair the drywall holes and that we would need to hire someone else to repair the holes. I asked for the drywall that was cut at the end of service, and they stated they already threw everything away instead of offering to keep the cut drywall. We paid over $4,000 for the repair, and I was initially disappointment due to the discrepancy from 4-5 holes to over 12 holes cut out. I recently hired a contractor to repair the holes, and he also confirmed that the holes were very excessive for replacing a water line and that they should've used a camera to prevent the excess of drywall holes cut out. I know this company has decent reviews, however, this was not representative of the professionalism and quality that my partner and I experienced. I would not recommend Erica's plumbing for more major repairs, and I question the actual training of their workers they send out.
