This is actually the second time we have had Nick come save the day. Couple years back it was a hot water heater and recently a toilet. Friendly, fast, doesn’t pressure just a quick suggestion and gets the job done. If we have another issue come up I’d like him to be the one to show up!

Rick helped me with my toilet when it wasn’t even flushing within an hour. He was very clear and repeated what he was doing until I understood what needed to be done and he found the best solution for long-term use. He even flushed the toilet three times before leaving to make sure it worked properly! Besides his Good energy he did good work as well.
