I first came to Dr. Shara for prenatal adjustments to support my goal of having a natural birth…which I did! It’s now been almost two years of monthly adjustments with the fabulous Dr. Katie. These wellness visits have helped ease the normal aches and discomfort that can come with having kids, and they also help me manage the long hours I spend sitting at work. I was referred to Dr. Shara Posner at Back to Health by a good friend after I was told by my masseuse that my spine was developing more curvature and hip alignment more uneven. Not knowing where to start, a girlfriend suggested her chiropractor. I scheduled an appointment and consultation online with ease. My first appointment was super informative. Dr. Posner showed me my bad habits, gave me exercises and stretches to help with my alignment and gave me a scheduled plan to get my body realigned and spine adjusted. I even relearned how to walk straight. A tremendous eye opener giving immediate results. After approximately 4-5 weeks of weekly appointments adjusting my spine and neck, and stretching my hip sockets, I had measurable improvement that she and my masseuse could see and I could feel. I continued my appointments for another 3 to 4 weeks. I now come at least monthly for an adjustment. All praises to Dr. Posner for taking the time to give me a thorough evaluation and scheduled plan of action. The establishment is clean and there is free parking along the side of the building. I highly recommend Dr. Posner and this business, and know they will take the upmost care of you.

Andrew is an amazing massage therapist but his specialty with TMJ is superb! I’m lucky enough my dentist used and highly recommended his services as I have been grinding and clenching my jaw during the night even with a nightguard and muscle relaxer. His massages are the only action that’s brought true pain relief. The staff is very sweet and the center is very clean!

Wonderful experience every time! The team is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I'm so grateful for the improvements chiropractic care has made in my life. Before seeing Back To Health, I wasn't able to do much physical activity after I had a very bad fall. Since I've been seeing Dr. Shara for care, I'm able to move my body again which has helped me refocus on my health goals. Best business and staff ever! I’ve been seeing Dr. Katie for chiropractor and Rene for massage consistently over 4 years. They transformed the state of my back. Before, I could barely roll over in bed without any pain, but they have relieved that completely. I am way more mobile and can move without pain. Andrew is a miracle worker. I have been seeing him for massage therapy once a month for about the past 6 months. He has been able to give me significant relief for chronic and acute pain, including in my jaw, neck, face, and back. His massage therapy is very targeted and slow, allowing chronically tense muscles to release. He has been able to give me significant relief in my TMJ. Before my most recent visit, I tweaked my neck and I could barely move. In 90 minutes, he loosened my neck, upper back, and jaw and I was able to regain normal function within a couple of days. Most importantly, he is very empathetic and truly cares about relieving your pain. He listens carefully and is knowledgeable about how to tackle various interconnected systems.
