I saw 2 rats on my bird feeder a few months ago. After a difficult decision, I stopped feeding the birds....Mr. Rat had moved into the garage. His moving around when I'd go in the garage scared me. I called A and D based on reviews. Angel was so nice, competent and had answers to all my questions. Davy was out by 4 the same day! and talked me through the process. He suggested and installed trap in the garage. So far, no noise in garage, no bodies anywhere either but hopefully they moved on...no sightings either. While I'm still withholding bird seed, I am feeling more confident every day about this process. TY A and D for hiring people with the ability to calmly solve these problems!
