I loved the sales rep. He figured things out. He was a good listener. He gave correct info. Was extremely helpful. When there was a problem, he was able to find someone to solve it!In my personal case, this business chose to help me with a discount because I'm a recent victim of domestic violence/ had to escape with my kids and I. Books clothes and mattresses is all we have.... my abusive husband is getting everything else....ALL the house goods, ALL the furniture. So, it's overwhelming. So wonderful that someone cared even though my own family, friends, so called "christians" didn't help us. I believe in God. I believe in Christ. I believe in this great business that helped us when no one else seemed to care!!!!!!!

First of all. We shopped at every mattress/furniture store between Rexburg and Idaho Falls. In fact, we were contemplating driving to Salt Lake City to look at some natural options we thought weren't available here. We were impressed with the selection, quality, and knowledge we found at Idaho Mattress/Mattress Outlet. Everyone we talked to at all Idaho Mattress locations had the knowledge we didn't find anywhere else. The mattress selections and more than competitive pricing helped make our decision. One person "Koen" stood out in the Idaho Falls store as someone we wanted to do business with. We are truly impressed with his knowledge and willingness to go out of his way to help us find what we were looking for. We would encourage anyone looking for a mattress to check here before making a decision.
