I had already chosen a mattress elsewhere when I stopped at the Outlet.Well, I was greeted by Ty who was knowledgeable and lead me to all the firm mattresses to experience for myself.Ty was very kind and explained the coils and also the warranty and assured me if it was not the one for me I could return it or exchange. I was not interested in a mattress in a box, however with Ty's recommendationI did purchase a mattress that expands. Ty was great. He was patient and willing to let me try each mattress I wanted for 5-10 minutes at a time or more if needed…..and I did! It took me a day and a half to finally settle on my choice mattress. I got a GREAT deal on it too. ALSO, I tried out and did purchase a COOLING PILLOW with the ARM CUTOUT too. I’d never even heard of those pillows. They are something to behold! I loved it. He was so great. The mattress is great. The price was great . The overall experience was absolutely fantastic despite my general dread of mattress shopping. Kudos to Ty! Thanks man! Highly recommended!!!

My fiancé and I have been searching for a mattress all over Idaho Falls and Rexburg on a budget. We were discouraged until we arrived here at the Matress Outlet. Travis helped us find the perfect mattress based on how we sleep and needing a cooler mattress. The mattresses they sell here are superior quality and best price compared to all other stores. Everywhere else wanted to sell us a king at 3000-5000, where as we were able to get our new king sized mattress at less than half that. We loved the Sona Capella, it blew even the temperpedics out of the water. Plus, made in USA 🇺🇸🇺🇸Thankyou Travis!!
