Update: It's been another month since the AI-generated reply, and zero attempts to reach out...I guess be forewarned that once you've become a customer and have paid for the season, you won't be hearing back from this company if any problems come up. A colleague of mine mentioned yesterday that they had the same issues (driver only plowing half the driveway, unable to get ahold of anyone) this winter. Really disappointing; even just a simple phone call or email back goes a long way!The first year was great - always on time, and did an excellent job. This year, however, has been a bit frustrating. First, the text sent to give a heads-up to move vehicles can now be anywhere from 1-3 hours off, so I've often ended up with a partially-plowed driveway this winter and have had to shovel the rest myself many times. It's very difficult to reach anyone at this company, and two emails + phone messages a month apart went unanswered. I lucked out and had someone answer a few weeks ago, and they said there's nothing they can do as it's luck of the draw where you live as far as how accurate the notifications were, but she'd have the manager call me back when she was free to see if there was anything we could do. Disappointingly, she never did bother to return the call. I can understand if there's nothing that can be done, but to just completely ignore inquiries is wild.Driving home today, I had good timing and passed the tractor near my house so parked down the road to wait until my driveway was done. I returned once the tractor left for the next property, to find only the top half done and the remainder left completely uncleared. They've never done that before so I'm not sure what happened; the guy did both of my neighbour's driveways thoroughly.Thankfully it's warm and melting so I don't think I'll need to shovel the rest, but it's frustrating. What happened? Last year you guys were so great!
