This company was referred by a trusted associate. Very disappointed in that we sent the company out to provide a bid on an extensive deck job. Communicated with the property owner and was told a bid would be provided. After multiple calls and text with absolutely no response back, had to move on to another company. Even a simple reply back would have been nice letting us know he wasn't interested in the job.

Had our AC go out on the hottest week of the summer. Luckily , Nidever construction came out on a very short notice and we found out our AC was fine but had a major electrical problem that could've costed us our home. They quickly took action and rewired our whole AC system correctly. Cant recommend these guys enough , quality and professional work!

We had our HVAC system go out and it ended up being an electrical issue that could've resulted in a much worse outcome for our home. We called Nidever Construction and they came out and had the issue fixed within 24 hours! We are so thankful for their expertise and quick action. Highly recommend!

We had Nidever Construction repair several damaged areas in our kitchen and bedrooms. He also installed a garage storage unit. He did a great job. My wife is a perfectionist. He definitely exceeded her expectations and is always our first call.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but occasionally, you have an exceptional experience that really justifies doing so. Can’t say enough about this young man and all the hard work and support, he’s given us when developing our new business. Our space is in downtown Redding and is going to house Burnsini vineyards Spencer, James, confectioners Redding Buzz, Shasta county Chamber and marketing Harbor were in the homestretch and getting ready to open to the public and it’s been a dream working with Kolton.
