Had a very negative experience today where another customer in the store were clearly racist and awfully rude and the tone the management spoke to us in was unacceptable. We had a 2 year old with us who made a mistake and I’m sure if we were white, we would not have been treated this way. As a highly educated customer who has traveled all over the world, I have never been treated this way in any setting. It’s a shame because we did really like this place before they clearly supported highly racist customers in their store. We understand cleanliness is important and were very polite to the staff in response but the highly condescending tone in which they spoke to us and let ANOTHER customer in the restaurant speak to us will not be forgotten.I will make sure that everyone in our community is aware of this. There are also several reviews below where people of only a certain community have been treated poorly by the staff at this establishment. Not sure it’s a smart move in this neighborhood :)

It gave me the worst tummy ache of my life. I have never had any stomach issues from any dairy or yogurt before. Everything tasted the same, and some tasted expired and sour. Never again😭

This is the best frozen yogurt place I have ever been to. Great assortment of flavors and even several dairy free options (I loved the watermelon!) HUGE selection of toppings, everything you can imagine. Not to mention a very clean, well-kept space and friendly staff. Can't wait to come back!

I had a horrible experience at this location. The yogurt was fine, however the staff was extremely rude and ill mannered. It definitely seemed like the man working there hates his job and didn’t want to do any extra work. He accosted us for throwing out extra trash in his bin OUTSIDE of the store. He came outside specifically to yell at my family. I will not be coming back here again.
