My spouse took me to The Cardinal for my birthday. It was our first visit. We will be back. We had the smoked salmon appetizer, the salmon entre', and I had the Cardinal burger. The food was very fresh and delightfully prepared. We finished with the hot chocolate cookie with ice cream. Yummy! The owner came by to chat and was really personable. The atmosphere is eclectic and tasteful, the staff charming and attentive. A very good experience enhanced my birthday dinner greatly.
