Hans is knowledgeable and helpful and the shop has excellent bikes and ebikes to rent. And a surprise - reasonable prices, such a rarity on the Vineyard!

Came in for a quick front brake repair on my tandem bike. Jessica got me on my way very quickly, and checked over the other components of the bike. I couldn't be more happy. I also bought a pair of gloves which I think were quite fairly priced.

Excellent experience in high season March. It was a bit expensive though, $160 for an ebike that I put on credit card... my friend only paid $100 in cash for the same ebike.. originally that was not the price difference they gave us, but whatever feel like I got my money's worth in enjoyment. Staff was super helpful at getting us set up and explaining the charger. Easy to get a bike with a basket and they give helmets for free which we used to go all the way across to Aquinnah. Charge only lasted that long (2 hours / 21 miles), but we were able to put on the free bus bike racks to come back. Overall would recommend

They have great bikes - and make things really easy. We rented 4 bikes in all and they worked to our expectations. The Electric Blix Multi-Person Bike was the one I rode. It is extremely heavy thus making it difficult to peddle. So I used it with the electric feature most of the time which was fine - it goes 20 mph. The battery lasted a long time - I charged it over night. My son had the carbon fiber road bike - I never saw him that happy. He is a college athlete and used it for training - going 30 and 20 miles on the paths for the two days. The bike was in great shape and cost over $4000 - well maintained.

Oh my god! These are the nicest people to rent bikes from in the area. I booked online, and they called a day in advance to make sure I had everything I needed. Got to ride a cool Specialized carbon bike from Edgartown to Aquinnah Cliffs Overlook. Definitely recommend!

I came here after finding my bike tire flat on the first day of vacation. Jessica was a pleasure to work with -- she listened to my diagnosis of the problem and concurred, sold me the tube and rim tape I needed, then let me borrow the shop pump so I could do the repairs myself. She made sure I knew what I was doing before setting me loose, but was respectful of my abilities and experience (not to mention time and money). It was nice to have a chat with a fellow cyclist, and I was relieved to get back on the road so quickly.

So thankful for these guys! Got me in right away, fixed my bike within a short time, and sent me on my way for a reasonable price!

We stopped in on our bike tour if the island because my brakes were squealing and the amazing staff took them apart and helped fix the problem. They didn’t have the part I needed in stock but was able to tell us what to do to fix the issue and didn’t charge us for it at all. The mechanics and shop manager were very friendly and knowledgeable. The shop also had rental bike available and great advice on where to ride locally. Definitely an A+ experience!

Great place to get your bike fixed and have great conversation with an incredible staff. They have an amazing collection of bikes. You can’t lose with these guys.

This shop is amazing. While on a bike trip on the island I had an incident that damaged my wheel. This put the rest of my bike trip in jeopardy if I couldn’t get the wheel fixed. I walked in to this bike store at 4:30pm. I was cheerfully greeted and they immediately started working to fix my wheel. After the wheel was fixed they then fixed some other things on my bike that weren’t working well (gears, pedals and ball bearings). They also lubricated some important areas on the bike. This bike store went above and beyond and by the time I got my bike back it rode better than when it was new. This made the rest of my bike trip so much more enjoyable. Thanks Edgartown Bicycles! This bike store rocks!
