AWESOME SEVICE! I can't say enough about these guys. I had a couple minor issues with my road bike while on a Martha's Vineyard vacation and both times they were able to fix my bike and have me back on the road in about 15 minutes. They were super helpful and jumped right on my problems. You can trust these guys ... they are fast and reasonable!

Better than the rental company in oak bluffs! They let me use a tire pump to top off my tire... after I flatted. They had the supplies to! Not that rental place in OB.

Excellent service! We originally pre-booked 7-speed beach cruisers and changed to e-bikes pedal assist once we arrived. We had them delivered as we were not staying directly in town and service was excellent. So happy we changed to e-bikes...it was a great way to explore the island! Definitely a do-over!!

Easy and smooth rental for the day. Friendly service from the staff. I picked up the bike at 9:30 am (I was running late) and dropped off at 5pm. It was set-up for my height and in new condition and all ready to go. The shop is on the edge of Edgartown near the Stop N Shop which is easily accessible. A clean helmet provided (and adjusted before I set-off) as well as a bike lock. Just rent and go without any issues. A great way to get around as cover a lot of ground - I went over to Chappy - in the area quickly.

Super friendly and made sure we understood the operation of the electric bikes. Provided helmets, locks and each bike had a basket. The location is right on the bike path which made it super easy to get started. We were given directions for our trip with a map of the bike paths. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to rent bikes.

When a business stands out, I feel obligated to give a review to acknowledge them and spread the word. This is one of those businesses. Have rented here before and had a pleasant and easy experience. But today, we brought my son's very mediocre entry level bike in for a quick once over as it had been sitting outdoors for the past few years while he was in college. We arrived a few minutes before closing and really expected to just ask about what we needed to have done or get an estimate. But Jon! He was absolutely amazing. He worked magic on the bike for a reasonable fee and was so kind and welcoming. So as not to bore you with all of the details, I will just share that the visit ended with him and my son playing guitar and singing a song together! This is one of those places that makes the magic of the vineyard come alive. We will be customers for life. Thank you Jon! See you and the shop again soon!

Hans is knowledgeable and helpful and the shop has excellent bikes and ebikes to rent. And a surprise - reasonable prices, such a rarity on the Vineyard!

Came in for a quick front brake repair on my tandem bike. Jessica got me on my way very quickly, and checked over the other components of the bike. I couldn't be more happy. I also bought a pair of gloves which I think were quite fairly priced.

Excellent experience in high season March. It was a bit expensive though, $160 for an ebike that I put on credit card... my friend only paid $100 in cash for the same ebike.. originally that was not the price difference they gave us, but whatever feel like I got my money's worth in enjoyment. Staff was super helpful at getting us set up and explaining the charger. Easy to get a bike with a basket and they give helmets for free which we used to go all the way across to Aquinnah. Charge only lasted that long (2 hours / 21 miles), but we were able to put on the free bus bike racks to come back. Overall would recommend
