Grace Dooner and Amy Evans acted for my vendors, one on sale and one on purchase. Both communicated quickly and effectively, allowing me to better manage my sale and the rest of the chain. These two understand that what they’re dealing with is more than just a file, it’s a person. We had three days to draw up a report, send it to the client, return it and exchange. They did just that, and we exchanged at the very last second, but they were essential to ensuring it didn’t fall through. I know the clients can’t thank you enough, nor can I.These are genuinely some of the best conveycing firms I’ve come across, and will continue to recommend them to everyone.
