After being abandoned by Frontier for almost a week I decided it was time to go back to working with a local company. Such a pleasure to get directly to a person when you call and scheduling an appointment the next day. Advanced has upgraded their service which enabled me to come back as a customer! This was a positive experience from the beginning with several information seeking phone calls through the completion of the installation process at our home in Los Alamos.I should mention that I had asked a Facebook interest group for the community for a an Internet service provider recommendation, and more than 90% of them were for this company. I am very pleased that I followed the consensus recommendation for Advanced WirelessOur internet was installed professionally and efficiently and works great! Although not perfect, I've been happy with the internet service provided by Advanced Wireless. The uptime is high and the speeds have improved over time, and not having any data caps is definitely a plus. We've tried satellite internet (i.e. Viasat) in the past and this is a vast improvement over those services.
