Liz - highly recommend her to manage your property! Give that girl a raise! She goes above and beyond, our property just happens to be on the main drag which means she is driving past most days and has her hawk eyes on making sure everything with our property is spic and span. Even making sure the mailbox is emptied. - if you need a property manager - pick Liz! You won’t regret it.

We’ve had such a positive experience with Property Scouts, and Liz has truly gone above and beyond as our property manager. From my very first enquiry, Liz was responsive and helpful, especially when I struggled to get responses from other property management companies. She was prompt in arranging a viewing and made the whole process easy from the beginning. To top it off, I managed to accidentally flood the house on only our second day! Liz was incredibly understanding, empathetic and reassuring throughout what was a pretty stressful situation. She has made renting a genuinely positive experience, and I really appreciate her approachable and supportive attitude. I would highly recommend Liz and Property Scouts to anyone looking for a great property manager.

Awesome, I had come to these after a bad experience with another company that is big in the South Island. Angela especially was great with communication, and being up in Auckland made a huge difference. Will use again if we buy in Invercargill agian.
