I looked into hypnobirthing after having a drawn out first labour that included all the drugs and all the pain that I was not ready for in the slightest. My second baby was a water birth born within 4 hours from start to finish, and I breathed through the whole experience and loved every second. I found Melissa’s material only two weeks before my bub arrived, and in the two short weeks that I was able to get through some of the material in particular the meditations it made ALL the difference.
