I downloaded the virtual program and it is amazing. It was really helpful to me. I listened to the courses in the car when I was driving. I tried to complete one meditation a day in the last few weeks. There is a lot of scientific/factual information and it isn’t too woo woo. The presenter is fantastic and very down to earth. This program gave me a lot of confidence in giving birth and I also apply what I learnt to every day situations (particularly helpful when dealing with the stress of caring for a newborn).

I can’t recommend the hypnobirthing classes enough. They supported me tremendously throughout my birth and played a huge role in helping me achieve an unmedicated water birth. The course gave me practical tools, techniques, and confidence going into labour.The most valuable part for me was how much it prepared my husband. It helped him feel confident in how to support me, guide me through the techniques, and stay calm during labour. I truly don’t think I would have made it through the experience the way I did without him and the methods we learned together in the course. It made us feel like a real team going into the birth.

It was my second pregnancy. I had chosen to educate myself using Hypnobirthing this time around. I had alot of interventions with my first birth, which I was not prepared for. I'm so glad I chose to complete the hypnobirthing program. I loved learning it all and I was so inspired by all the wonderful birth stories of other women. It all just made so much sense to me, ans I knew it could do it the way I wanted to.

Melissa's course helped me to change my mindset around birth and not take any pain medication when offered knowing it all delays labour and believing the pain was a natural part of the birthing process that I can handle. I rave about it to anyone that will listen and say I owe it to the course for my 12 minute active labour record!

Incredible experience to do this course. During pregnancy you receive a lot of information about birth and hear lots of stories and how it could become a traumatic experience. Doing this course helped me understand and learn about all the possibilities in birthing and gave you tools to manage them, making you more prepared for whatever could happen! as normally nothing goes as plan. My birth wasn't smooth but I embrace the experience thanks to the tools, techniques and mindset that I got from this course. 100% recommended!!

This course was incredibly helpful to me. The techniques reduced the apprehension I felt in the lead up to labour, and gave me the ability to stay calm during my births.

After completing this course I am so surprised this is not something taught through the hospital to everyone. I found the breathing techniques so helpful. Compared to my first birth, Hypnobirthing allowed me to take control for my second and helped me understand my bodies process during delivery. Highly recommend.
