I received excellent service today from Alex Johnson from Newman Heating and Air. He came at the scheduled appointment time, worked diligently and efficiently to resolve our air conditioning issue, checked out our heat pump thoroughly, and stayed long enough to make sure that everything was working properly. We have always been totally satisfied and impressed by the service provided by Newman who replaced our heat pump 9 years ago. I highly recommend this business for the quality of their customer service!

Pleasant phone scheduling. Received a text reminder the day prior to scheduled appointment and text when technician was on his way. He did testing, said everything fine and did not try to up sale.

I left them a message on Labor Day. They called me back first thing the next morning and were able to come out, diagnose, and fix my problem the same day. Everyone I spoke to was so very kind. They helped me completely over the phone since I am not local to the area. They were honest and fair in their pricing.

They got right back to me and came on Monday after a weekend message. Found and fixed some minor problems very quickly. Were careful about not making a mess. I trust these people. They are very competent and eager to please. We have a long relationship.

This company installed our new HVAC a few years ago, and when a leak developed, they stood behind their warranty, no problem. I’m thankful just a quick call (to a live person!) and then they run with it til it’s fixed! On separate occasions I’ve had them replace old ductwork, run ductwork to a planned finished attic, and install a system for new construction. I also count on them to do my seasonal maintenance. As you can see, they've been there for me on multiple occasions... they're excellent. And every employee I've met has been kind, knowledgeable, and helpful!
