I have been coming to Connect Spinal Health for regular sports massages with Dylan. I am a weightlifting most days and as a result ended up with a few issues with pinching and pain spasms around my lower back. I initially went in to sort this out and after my first session the spasms were halted. They slowly returned after a few long drives and after coming back the Dylan located the issue which was my hips and glute muscles. Since identifying this Dylan made several suggestions (and massaging) to train these areas and I have not had these spasms or pain since. I now go regularly to assist with recovery which is my main reason for going now as I find my recovery after training is greatly improved with these regular sports massages.In summary I high recommend the sports massages and Dylan is a very professional and knowledgeable person who has helped me a great deal with my training and fixing my back pain!

I ran the Edinburgh 10km on Saturday 24th Msy and was delighted to finish in the first 500 from 4000 runners! Considering the first 300 runners home, they are all young running club runners in their 20s and 30s and I am 56. My legs were fine after it and next day I did a long Pentlands Walk and today on the Monday a 4-mile interval training running session. Run a mile rest a minute with my last mile clocked at 7 minutes 11 seconds! I used to dream about 8-minute miles!When I was in my 30s and 40s I did 10km races and finished mid pack and was sore for a week and but since attending Connect Spinal Health my times have improved with age and recovery has vastly improved. A huge thanks to Andrew and the team for being part of my journey. Without a doubt, it has helped me amazingly with my straighter back and spinal alignment with some neck and breathing exercises. I can not thank him enough. No more pain and I sleep much better now as a bonus.Please do not hesitate to get an appointment and do not live in pain or discomfort.

I'm in my seventies now, and of course I'm affected with the associated aches and pains in my neck and lower back that come with the progression of the years. There's not a lot I could do about it. Or so I thought.I met Andrew, the Chiropractor from Connect Spinal Health, when he held a group session where I work, and he felt sure he could help with my issues. I started a course of treatment that involved assessing my overall heath and balance. My posture was not balanced and this contributed to my pain. Everything revolves around your spine alignment, and Andrew's manipulation of this, and an understanding of stretching related muscles was recommended by him. His spinal adjustments, and soft tissue therapy over time, has made a significant difference to my overall posture and pain reduction. I'll continue with the exercises to ensure the tightness and aches don't return. Andrew provided a very positive experience, and I now feel so much better. Thank you.

I have been going to Connect Spinal Health for many years. I first went to see Andrew after having my second child. He has helped me with so many issues for pregnancy, after birth and old injuries after horse falls in my neck, shoulders, back and pelvis. We have just relocated to England and I was so sad to be leaving Edinburgh as I do don’t think I will ever find anyone as helpful, professional, talented and personable as Andrew. All the reception staff are amazing and super friendly. I had nerve pain down my arm, leg and constant migraines which he managed to get fully away. Starting with weekly appointment to monthly and then the odd maintenance appointment when needed. I have been to a lot of different Osteopaths and chiropractors over 15 years and none were as good as Andrew. I will miss my appointments madly just hope I can find someone even half as good as Andrew.

I had neck and shoulders pain for years with several bad episodes every year. Now I feel much better and I don't even remember when was the last time I felt such a pain!.I decided to get a membership so I have my adjustment every month and this helps me with my overall health and strength. As I also do long distance walks with many kilos in my backpack, it definitely helps a lot with that too!..If you're not English mother tongue, no worries, the staff will always explain everything to you in the easiest way possible. Had a sore back that has been causing me a lot of pain. Was recommended to see a chiropractor at Connect Spinal Health by my friend.I booked an examination that was two separate appointments, first one the examination to assess what the issue was and the second to carry out some treatment.I saw Julia and she was excellent at explaining what my issues were. After a through examination I came back a few days later and was given my report and explained it great detail how the nervous system works and to say it’s fascinating and so interesting is an understatement. I was then given some treatment and even after one session my symptoms have improved. I am booked for more appointments to make things even better. But what I can say is Julia knows her stuff and is so friendly and professional. I highly recommend Connect Spinal Health. Looking forward to more treatment and to finally be pain free.

In a relatively small number of session my range of motion in my neck hamstrings and back has increased noticeably. In parallel, my lower back pain has diminished . Connect Spinal Health and in particular Andrew Feltoe was recommended to me when I was suffering from a sore back. Chiropractic adjustments were new to me, I wasn’t sure what to expect and was a little nervous about it. I needn’t have worried, Andrew has been great. He put me immediately at ease, explained everything in lay terms and after the initial set of adjustments I feel really good. My back pain has gone and no longer feels ‘fragile’.
