I am extremely happy with the services provided by this school. The administrators have been very supportive with my child’s transition into the program. Super informative with daily updates using the application tools that can be downloaded to keep parents/guardians abreast of the child through-out the day. We love Star a Kidz! They have been lovely to us and our son loves the teachers and coordinators. Nothing but good things to say about everyone there. We also love that they have an outdoor space and we know he gets to run around during the day. And we love that we get updates throughout the day with photos of our happy boy here and there. It’s super sweet!

My son has been at star since he was 2 and just graduated prek. We had an amazing experience. It was a home away from home. He blossomed under the teachers there and they helped him gain confidence in his learning despite him learning in different ways. They were accommodating, communicative and it really helped that they were open most of the year unlike DOE. I loved that they had enrichment classes all the way through to 5pm instead of just kept the kids sitting and colouring. The teachers were nurturing and kind and became family to all of us. My second one will definitely be going there too!! They were also one of the only preschools we saw that had an outdoor area for the kids to play in which was amazing

We toured several daycares across the city, and even though Star A Kidz was the farthest from our home, our choice was clear from the very first visit. Seeing the way the teachers interacted with the children, and how genuinely happy, loved, and engaged the kids looked in return, we felt an authentic mutual bond that we didn’t see anywhere else.​Throughout our entire time here, we never once regretted that decision.​From the dedicated teachers to the entire administrative team, everything and everyone is wholeheartedly focused on caring for the children. The system is run in the exact way any parent could ever hope for. More than anything, the love and affection that both the teachers and the front desk staff showed toward the kids were so palpable and genuine. That gave us complete peace of mind each day drop-off after drop-off.​Although we had to leave because our family relocated to another country, we could not be more grateful for the time our baby spent here. To any parent looking for an exceptional daycare in Manhattan, we recommend Star A Kidz with the utmost confidence and without hesitation!

I enrolled my daughter here when she was 7 mo old until she was almost a year and a half. They are very clean here; they follow very strict rules and the teachers are accommodating and very intuitive with the kids. My daughter grew a lot while she was there in both social and verbal skills.

Our kids have gone to Star A Kidz since they opened, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience. The staff we've interacted with is caring and diligent, and has made our kids feel loved and seen. Tuition was also extremely competitive. We loved that they have a dedicated outdoor space for a small playground, and the classrooms have windows allowing natural light.

Our son was at Star A Kidz from 15 months on. He just "graduated" Pre-K there. It's a loving environment. Mrs. Rachel, Rina, and all the staff are exceptional. You can tell that they all cared for the children very much. They had some rough patches prior to the current management team. But ever since Rachel and Rina started managing the school they had turned everything around. The teachers (our son had Mrs. Luz, Shaveta, Tina, Jasmin) are nurturing and kind. I whole-heartly recommend this school.

My son has been at Star A Kidz for over a year and we have had a fantastic experience so far, to the point where he often doesn't want to come home because he's having so much fun! The teachers and administration genuinely care for the children and their development. I especially appreciate the private outdoor play space, the close-knit and welcoming atmosphere, and the low staff turnover.

My daughter has been going to Star A Kidz since she was 15 months old and it has been such a welcoming and nurturing environment. The instructors and staff have taken such good care of my daughter and have reassured me at every step of the way, keeping me in close contact with frequent updates, sending me messages to let me know how she’s doing during periods of transition, and giving parents lots of opportunities to be a part of their child’s learning environment. We have loved our time at the center and could not recommend it enough!
