Feels secluded,yet near everything. Cabins are separate from each other and quiet with pine trees all around. Some cabins had skylights, ours Had a walk out deck and a hot tub in the bathroom. Have been there 2 times now and will probably go again in 6 months.

We had a great time at the cabin. Ray and Maria are great people and there to help if needed. Everything was there at the cabin that we needed to make it a great stay. The bed is comfortable and the jacuzzi tub is so relaxing. Everything you could imagine is in the area for shopping and food. We will definitely come back when we are in the area. We have stayed at a few other cabins in the area and this was by far the best.

What a beautiful stay with the most delightful hosts. My kids and I traveled to Pinetop wanting to spend some time outdoors and celebrate a birthday - this place was perfect. Our hosts went out of their way to be proactive and make our stay memorable. Great recommendations of things to do and places to eat in the area. Lola reached out in advance to let us know the cabin would available early and when we asked about whether the firepit would be going the next day, she had smores kits prepared, ready for me and my kids to enjoy! Ray, the owner, introduced himself the first night and make sure we were taken care of. Raul kindly started the fire for us the second night and was available with a helping hand. Everyone was so nice. Our cabin was exactly as pictured, cozy and clean. My kids and I felt safe, like we were joining a community of friends with amazing work ethics. My kids are already asking when we can return. Thank for the memories and hope to be back very soon.

We highly recommend staying at Northwoods Resort Cabin nestled in the Pinetop forest. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Randall and his adorable little dog, Buddy! Check in was easy and Randall (and his pup) escorted us to our cabin. The cozy cabin was absolutely perfect! It was clean, spacious, and it was well-equipped with all necessities that made us feel very much at home. In addition, the windows and back porch allowed excellent opportunities to watch wildlife and peaceful snowfall, and listen to the wind whispering to the pine trees that populate the property. During our stay, we took advantage of the hiking trails that are located on the grounds. The location of this resort is perfect because it is close to the lakes, eateries, and various attractions in the area.Again, this is an ideal place to stay, especially for families with children (and pets, too). There’s so much to do here if you love nature. The owners and staff are beyond kind. A big “shout out” to Randall once again! He was nice enough to bring us lots of firewood when he heard me mention that I was cold and he even shoveled snow from our walk way, too.P.S. We wanted to stay longer, but a storm approaching and we had to head back home:(

Beautiful place! The cabins are always clean and stocked with basics (soap, plates, silverware, etc). They have cabins that are pet friendly, but they also have some cabins they don't allow pets in for people who are allergic. The staff is super nice too.My favorite part is that there are hiking trails you can walk to from the cabin. If you don't want to get in your car, you don't have to. You can walk here!We also love the restaurants in town.

Absolutely loved the cabin. Ray and Lola are some of the friendliest people you'll find, and they had great hiking and food recommendations. We will definitely be returning on our next trip up north.
