I have been a customer since 2009, got a new puppy, miniature Schnauzer, got her on Monday 7/20 to be checked, all went well and today 7/21 I had to bring a test for my other Schnauzer. Erica is a natural, a true customer service focused person, she should be recognized as your trainer in customer service. While I waited for the results she was taking calls efficiently and not rushing anyone, listening to customers. So courteous, pleasa recognize her! I also liked Kaila yesterday, she took care of enrolling my new Schnauzer! Good job for your team! I did not take the name of the doctor and assistant who also took care of the little one! Thanks!

We had been loyal to this veterinary hospital for years. However, when my dog was having an emergency we called and asked for him to please be seen - we practically begged. They simply did not care. Told us we could come back in a week. My dog sadly passed away a day later. They should’ve seen him, should’ve at least cared. We are completely distraught and incredibly unhappy with the way we were treated. In multiple occasions the doctor showed unsympathetic manners and truthfully there was not a day that we left there without shedding tears due to the way we were spoken to. If I could give 0 stars I would. The women at the front desk were very kind as well as their assistants. It truly was the doctor and lack of empathy that made me extremely unhappy.

Cats are usually a very sensible part of the family. U have to plan very carefully to take them to a vet appointment, isn't like dogs. They need sedatives for example.We call the clinic, made the appointment 2 weeks in advance, was told one thing very clear and then the same day they call us back to cancel because some silly excuse.Im 100% sure they person in charge of the procedure didn't came.Now we have to run to get a appointment somewhere else.Very very but very upset.

I took my dog in to be spayed on a Thursday and back on Saturday when I was charged an additional few hundred she was in terrible shape they gave her fluids a special food and something for the nausea they wanted to do blood work and I refuse that because the blood work came out fine on Thursday well on Wednesday I took it to another vet that came highly recommended and he went ahead and did blood work and she was in kidney failure they had overdoseder on anti-inflammatories and I've heard it from two separate doctors just by them reading the blood work results. Kendall drive animal hospital is in fast an in and out clinic they don't take the times with with your pet they don't follow up the next day to see how your animals doing they just did not really seem to care at all. All he seems concerned about was the money and i do not recommend this vet at all very very disappointed in the service I received. in addition to that I also found out after my sister had visited he basically told my sister to her face that her dog was pretty much about to die and we were talking a newborn puppy 2 months old. which again she took the puppy to another vet and now the puppy is 2 years old. also my own primary care physician read the blood work and her first thing out of her mouth was that they overdosed to her on anti-inflammatories and then she proceeded to tell me how the vet techs operate how they have to take a course of about 4 or 5 hours and all they need to do is administer a little bit more than what they feel that they want for the pet and what happens is they have pretty much overdose your pet. and I have a actual family member that is an actual vet tech that's told me on numerous occasions that she thought that she was going to lose numerous dogs because they were given too much medication and she literally had to quit because she couldn't handle it anymore. they don't have certified anesthesiologist administering anesthesia or anything else to your dog the one who administers the anesthesia pain medications anti-inflammatories is a vet tech that has no knowledge of what they're doing. and that is what happened in my case Hazel was overdosed on anti-inflammatories and I have the documentation in writing to show the proof the only thing that happened between Thursday and Wednesday was Kendall drive animal hospital and what happened was they overdosed my dog Hazel should have not been going through this what Kendall drive animal hospital did was completely unacceptable and they should be held totally totally accountable for their actions

Champion thinks Kendall Drive Animal Hospital deserves 5 stars, and honestly, I agree. From the moment we walked in, the staff treated Champion like a celebrity. Usually, he acts like he’s being sent to prison when he realizes he’s at the vet, but they made him feel comfortable and gave him plenty of attention. The team was friendly, professional, and took great care of him. Champion left happy, healthy, and probably convinced he’s the most important dog in Miami.
