I recommend N. West Houston Auto Repair to everyone! This is where I am taking my family's cars for our repairs now because we moved away from our old go-to shop. Lucas walked me through every concern he found with my car so that I could understand and make an informed decision; I did not sense any pressure. He answered all of my questions considerately, so I felt trust and respect in making decisions about what services I chose that day and which I would wait on. The shop provided great prices for fantastic work. Everyone who works there was friendly and I had a very positive experience with their shuttle service as well. I took my car in at 8 a.m. and they finished every repair by the afternoon. My car runs as good as new(=9/11/26-- I give N. West Houston Auto another 5 star rating for exceptional service from Eric and Steve's generosity giving me a ride home and delivering my car to me from across the street! Definitely this will remain the place my family takes our cars😊

I’ve never had this great of customer service before!! We decided to get our oil change with them after receiving a coupon. The technicians noticed some problems and sent us real videos going over the problems in depth and WHY. We proceeded to get our maintenance done with them, and they went above and beyond to pick up my car for me to repair & drop off!! Ontop of that, they were very kind and helpful. We will be back!
