Our 100+ year old home has a hot water heat system and it can be challenging to find someone with the needed knowledge to work on it. Tigges proved to be very knowledgeable when he helped us install a new heat system. He was very easy to work with, always ready to answer our questions and respond when we needed help. I couldn’t speak higher of these guys. They have always been great to work with, they listened to my concerns and never made me feel dumb for asking questions. I would also say that while I was on vacation in late December my furnace wouldn’t turn on for my house sitter and they came over that same night and replaced a switch . It was great and I won’t go anywhere else now.

Jason has cleaned duct work for myself and a relative. He did the work when he said he was and when finished left with no mess. Jason also does annual cleaning on my dryer vents and does a very good job and leaves no mess when finished. I would recommend him for any HVAC related work.

Tigges comfort was amazing to work with. We finally had to turn on our air conditioner for the summer. however, when we got home we noticed it wasn't working and our house was 80 degrees. We called Jason on Monday morning about our issue and he was able to come over right away. He informed us of our issues and gave us options to think about. He was never pushy or trying to oversell us. We decided that it was finally time to replace our units as they were 20+ years old. Jason was able to tell us exactly what we needed and how long it would take to get the parts in and installed. The Tigges Comfort team was able to work with our schedules to get the new install done that week. The two man crew did amazing work getting everything installed timely. They were courteous of our house ensuring not to track or make any messes. The new unit looks and works great. They even were able to run new wires so we could get a wifi thermostat installed. Tigges comfort stayed right on budget with what they quoted us. I am very happy with the workmanship that they have done. I have no doubt this unit will last us for years. Thanks again!!
