We had the immense pleasure of working with Xterior Solutions this summer to complete a couple big projects. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. Matt came to our house and presented a thorough plan for our project. He was very professional, knowledgeable, kind and gave us all the options. He took his time to make sure we had all the info to make our choices. We decided to overhaul our whole house with new siding, windows, front door, new gutters and a new roof. As this was a project we had been planning for a long time, we appreciated the patience and expertise given to all our many questions. Reuben was our project manager and he made the process so seamless and easy. He made sure we were aware of all stages of the project and was present everyday to make sure all went according to plan. He, like Matt, is a true professional. Carlos and all members of the team are excellent and do amazing work. We are so thrilled by the beautiful transformation of our home and feel so grateful to have chosen to work with Exterior Solutions. As for the price, their estimate was comprobable to one other we received. However, what sets them apart is their business model and the desire to make sure their customers are pleased with the work and the process. I am very pleased with all the work that was completed on my home.Matt Sullivan came to my home, listened to what I needed done.He took pictures, showed me samples so I could choose colors and products. He told me that he would send me the estimates,includingAdditional prices for replacing any damage. He was prompt with sending these quotes. I was also given a 10% discount plus a discount for paying and not financing.Ruben Marquez was in charge of the projects. Roof, Siding, Back porch and gutter covers.He was on time, let me know what was being done. Make sure my car could stay in my driveway and even ensured I could safely back out onto the road. Kept me updated through text including pictures.Everything looks wonderful. They even replaced my old lights with the new ones I had purchased.I love how the lights were surrounded with siding that looks great as well as the dryer vent.Ruben even spoke to me about my step off the deck, ensuring I could safely step off the deck.His crews all worked hard, please let them know I appreciate all their hard work.
