I found BonTech Home Services on Google. I completed the form and Ken immediately responded and set an appointment convenient for me. Elijah, our service technician, was prompt for our 11am appointment. We even got a text message advising us he would be arriving in the next 15 minutes. Don't be fooled by Elijah's young age. He was very knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all of our questions. Once he completed his troubleshooting, he gave us several options for repairs. We told him we were only keeping this refrigerator/freezer another year. With that said, he advised us what was necessary to make it last another year. We appreciated his honesty. A plus for me, is he cleaned the small mess on the floor before he left. I highly recommend this company. Overall, GREAT job!!

I am very pleased with the range top repair performed by BonTech Appliance. The technician showed up on time and was professional. Good communication from the dispatch. This was a down-draft range top that other appliance repair shops refused to work on. So I am grateful that BonTech was able to come in and fix it for me at a reasonable price.
