I brought in an 80-year-old toddler’s herringbone coat for cleaning. Not only did the cleaning result turn out beautifully, Swiss had the coat tailored to repair the interior lining. It looks amazing! Now my little grandson can wear the coat that his great-grandfather once wore! Hoping to get a photo of the 2 of them together with the coat in the future! Excellent cleaning and care for the clothes. Couldn’t be better. I only knocked off 1 star because of the digital interface one must cope with when dropping off and picking up. These are good people running a good business and we need more human interaction, not less. Getting rid of the ability to communicate one-on-one is not progress. Please rethink this. There’s a time and place for technology.
