Poor customer service. Unfortunately the team at Hirschi Roofing can't figure out how to help me with a warranty issue and won't take any extra steps in the form of good customer service to help. I've called the office several times only to have the office manager promise a call back from the accounting department. Finally get the accounting department on the phone, of course she appeared to not know anything about the situation and she couldn't have tried any harder to avoid my concerns. I've reached out to Mike Hirschi twice, one owner, explaining my concerns, short of begging him to call me back I've yet to hear from him. My concern could be an easy fix if someone at this company just 'tried' to help me. Very disappointing!!! I'll continue to try and resolve the issue with them... eventually they'll have to do something, right?Well it's been a week and still no contact from any of the staff at Hirschi Roofing regarding my warranty issue. While replacing a commercial roof they did not properly reconnect the roof drain. During an overnight rainstorm after the water from the roof was no longer going into the drains and ended up pouring water into the space. It was like this for hours in the middle of the night before we became aware of the situation. We were able to catch about 50 gallons of water but there is no telling how many gallons were pouring inside before we found it. Obviously this damaged a good amount of stuff. It has now been 3 months and they have made ZERO effort to resolve the situation and cover the cost of the damage. Less

We've had them out 2 times in 4 months for leak repairs on a commercial roof, They were quick to return calls, scheduled within just 2 days, and made the repairs quickly. With the second visit, the tech actually walked the rest of the roof (50,000 Sq ft) looking for potential failures and found repaired 3 others. We wouldn't hesitate a second to recommend them, for any roof. Less

So I should have known by all the other negative reviews that I was going to have a problem. I called these guys 4 times just trying to get somebody to talk to. Nobody ever called me back after trying for over a month until finally the last call they just told me they didn't want to do my job. I had called them on April 18 and asked for a quote because some of my roof was exposed to the plywood, I was contacted and was asked if I was going to be home which I said I was home so I waited and waited and to my knowledge no one came. So I called on April 21 was told I would get a phone call and as of April 25 no call, I have called another roofing company and they came right out. Beware if you going to use this company. Less

This company is great! I had a metal garage built and wanted spray foam insulation applied the the inside of the building. When I called the office I was expected to be added to a schedule that was months out before they could work on the garage and a cost so outrageous that the company really did not want to travel 45 miles to complete the work. Boy was I surprised! I was given an estimate over the phone and they could start the work at the end of the week. The crew that showed up was very professional and presentable (no blaring music). Covered everything with plastic, and went to work. A very pleasant experience. Less

Customer is #1. That wasn’t my experience. They never showed up for a scheduled appointment for an estimate. I finally got someone to our home after calling again (they were very late). I received an estimate and scheduled a time to install insulation in my attic. They never showed up. I guess my job wasn’t big enough and they bumped me for a more “important” job. Less

We got a few different roofing bids for our new home construction, and Hirschi Roofing was competitively priced. They were the only subcontractor throughout the construction of our home that gave us accurate lead times, showed up on time when they told us they would, and their invoice was the same as the original bid, which is big in our book! I would recommend this roofing company to anyone in the future! Less

Zach stopped by to give a quote (promptly on time) with all of the tools a professional would need. After looking around our attic (wanted to know if more insulation would lower our heating and cooling bill). Zach told me "Yea know there isn't much I can do. Have you looked into better blinds or Windows"? You can't put a dollar sign on honestly. Less

They do a great job, but trying to get them to answer the phone is next to impossible. When you are waiting on a CO, to close on a home and can't get an Insulation certificate because their voice mail is full and they won't answer the phone that is a pretty big deal. I'd give them 5 stars if they answer the phone. Less

Hirschi roofing was great working with. Competent, reliable and excellent work ethic. Very friendly and considerate went beyond expectations in getting the job done. Especially in the regards to being respectful to me and my property while performing repairs. When completing repairs thoughtfulness in clean up was also part of their regiment. Robert and Lyle are solid family men and have strong feelings and care for the St George community in which they live and work.For this I would without reservation recommend their company for any roofing or related repairs.Just to let you know this only the second time I bothered to write a review, but I was so satisfied with the overall experience I was compelled to do so. Robert came out to take a look at a roof leak that has vexed two prior local roofing companies. Rather than charge me for something that might not fix it, he told me exactly what to do as a self-help remedy. He said that he could do the same, but that it was probably not worth me paying him to do so. I'm very grateful for his honesty and integrity. Very few contractors would drive all the way out to my house and then tell me what to do myself rather than sign me up for a profitable piece of work. If he is this honest when he's not making any money, I can only imagine how honest he is when he has an incentive to do the right thing. Today is February 21, 2018. I have attempted to contact them for the last 3 weeks for a bid for my unfinished bonus room. At one point I was able to schedule an appointment, but they did not show. Their work is probably fine, but getting a hold of them is a joke. They use a calling center for receiving their calls, and they are of no real help either. As the costumer, I at least need to know how far out they are on work so I can stop spinning my wheels to get some expanding foam insulation. They will probably do just fine if I find it somewhere else. Less

Made two appointments with Brock one on Wednesday 24th but no show and one Monday 29th no show as well to have someone show up to look at and fix the roof. 2 no-shows 😡 I’ve call many times and can only get Answering service that repeatedly tells me they’ll pass the message on. I only have experience from the roofing department. The customer service is HORRENDOUS! I would never recommend them. If you call the office they give you someone's cell number. I could never get him on the phone, he rarely (maybe once a month) replied to any messages, would not have guys show up when hr said they Would, and we are still missing a few times several weeks later. The guys who came and actually did the work, and the quality of the work were great. However, customer service is a huge part of any work and it has been months of inadequate service. Less

Sadly, we had a very disappointing experience. This company made two appointments with us to help us get started with repairing our roof leak. They blew off both appointments with no explanation or phone call. This resulted in us losing two days without any repair and our ceiling collapsed from the water. Had we known they had no intention of showing up, we could have contacted another roofer for help before we had our disaster. We trusted them and took them at their word that they were coming, so we waited. Our mistake. Never again. Less

I was in need of someone to do some repairs on a damaged roof. I talked to Brock and sent him pictures of the damage. He assured me that they would be able to get it taken care of quickly. After a week of no contact from anyone I called and talked to Brock. He said that Robert was working on it and should get it back to me in the next day or so. That was on Tuesday. It is now Friday at 1:15, they are closed for the weekend, and I still have no bid or even contact from them. Less

We're very happy with Hirschi Roofing and Insulation and want to share our story. A few months ago we found some bubbling on interior walls in the master bedroom & knew we had major roof problems. We called around to get some estimates and talked with two companies. We really liked Hirschi but decided to go with another Company who gave us a slightly lower bid. Our repair, as it turns out, was in a tough area of the roof; steep/pitched & a complex job to say the least. The first company did the repair and thought they had fixed the problem but luckily or unlucky for us, just days after that work was completed, heavy rain caused very extensive damage to that area of the house. The water poured in so fast and heavy that the patio door was actually pulling away from the framing. We called them back & to their credit they declined any payment. We then contacted Hirschi to see if they'd take this bigger job and they very kindly signed on with their original estimate. All of their personnel are professional and courteous. We can't say enough good about their dedication to doing a quality job for their customers, including Gabe whose skill & knowledge of roofing & attention to detail, was exemplary. We kindly thank him too for his quality roofing work. The repair was completed as it turns out, just before rain this past weekend. Lucky again!!
